The right side of the livingroom, with more booze sitting on top of the grand piano. There is a cute dog asleep in its basket, next to its bowl of dog biscuits.
The grandfather clock was handmade by the same guy who made the screen and fireplace in the master bedroom. The clock actually works and runs off a standard watch battery.
Are you going to make a stairwell to the lower stairs? I have.It would mean moving the piano a bit but would add a lot of realism.

ReplyDeleteI know how you feel!I dithered for a long time before taking the plunge but it was worth it.When I have finished my basement and put the furniture back I will try and post pictures of my house and you can have a look. What a sweet dog,by the way.
